DearHiringManager.io is one of Karhuno Group's portfolio projects.
The product helps job seekers find the real person behind a job opening. A user pastes a job post URL, and the system identifies the likely hiring manager, their work email, and LinkedIn profile.
We are looking for someone to grow organic visibility through content and SEO, and build partnerships that put the product in front of job seekers.
What you will work on
- Plan and publish job-search content: blog guides, comparison pages, and landing copy
- Own on-page SEO, internal linking, and Search Console monitoring
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with career coaches, communities, and job-search creators
- Coordinate co-marketing, referrals, and affiliate-style collaborations where they fit
- Promote the site through organic channels: SEO, newsletters, communities, and relevant directories
- Track content and partnership performance with GA4 and Search Console
- Work with GTM on messaging, launches, and pages that convert traffic into signups
- Keep content accurate, fresh, and aligned with product positioning for job seekers
What we are looking for
- 3+ years in content marketing, SEO, partnerships, or growth at a B2C or prosumer product
- Proven experience writing and publishing content that ranks and drives traffic
- Hands-on SEO skills: keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical basics
- Experience outreach to partners, creators, or communities — not only writing
- Strong English writing for guides, landing pages, and partnership emails
- Comfort using GA4 and Google Search Console to read results and iterate
- Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment with high ownership
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience in career tech, job search, or coaching ecosystems
- Background building comparison or alternative SEO pages
- Community-led growth on Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Discord
- Experience with llms.txt, structured site docs, or AI discovery surfaces
- Prior work negotiating content swaps, referrals, or small affiliate deals
