DearHiringManager.io is one of Karhuno Group's portfolio projects.

The product helps job seekers find the real person behind a job opening. A user pastes a job post URL, and the system identifies the likely hiring manager, their work email, and LinkedIn profile.

We are looking for a go-to-market lead to own how the product reaches, converts, and retains job seekers.

What you will work on

  • Own end-to-end GTM: positioning, messaging, and launch planning
  • Drive organic growth via SEO and content (blog, comparison pages like /vs-hunter)
  • Run paid acquisition experiments (search, social) with clear ROI targets
  • Improve conversion from free lookup to signup to paid (Stripe plans)
  • Set up and read analytics (GA4, Search Console, funnel metrics)
  • Define and test ICP, channels, and messaging for job seekers (not B2B sales)
  • Build lightweight lifecycle flows (email, onboarding, win-back) where they move the needle
  • Coordinate launches with product and turn user insights into growth hypotheses
  • Track competitors (Hunter, Apollo, job-search tools) and sharpen differentiation

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years in growth marketing, GTM, or marketing at a B2C or PLG SaaS product
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and content that drives measurable traffic
  • Comfort running small-budget paid tests and reading results without an agency
  • Strong writing: landing pages, ads, email — clear, direct, job-seeker focused
  • Analytics mindset: can define metrics, run experiments, and iterate
  • Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment with high ownership
  • Fluent English

Nice to have

  • Experience in career tech, job search, or prosumer SaaS
  • GA4, Google Search Console, Stripe conversion funnels
  • Comparison or alternative SEO pages (e.g. X vs Y for job seekers)
  • Community-led growth (Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok, Discord)
  • Early-stage 0-to-1 GTM at a portfolio or indie SaaS
