DearHiringManager.io is one of Karhuno Group's portfolio projects.

The product helps job seekers find the real person behind a job opening. A user pastes a job post URL, and the system identifies the likely hiring manager, their work email, and LinkedIn profile.

We are looking for a product manager to shape what we build next and how job seekers experience the product.

What you will work on

  • Own the product roadmap and prioritize what ships next
  • Turn user feedback and usage data into clear product decisions
  • Define and improve core flows: paste URL, preview, reveal, signup, and paid plans
  • Work with engineering on job parsing quality, credits, limits, and reliability
  • Write specs, acceptance criteria, and lightweight PRDs for fast iteration
  • Track product metrics: activation, conversion, retention, and paid upgrades
  • Run small experiments on pricing, onboarding, and paywall messaging
  • Coordinate launches with GTM and keep positioning aligned with the product

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years as a product manager at a B2C or PLG SaaS product
  • Experience shipping web products with real users and measurable outcomes
  • Strong UX intuition for simple, fast consumer-style flows
  • Comfort working with engineers on technical trade-offs without writing all the code yourself
  • Ability to define metrics, read analytics, and prioritize from data
  • Clear written communication: specs, user stories, release notes
  • Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment with high ownership
  • Fluent English

Nice to have

  • Experience in career tech, job search, or prosumer tools
  • Familiarity with Stripe billing, credits, and usage limits
  • Experience with AI-assisted products and structured LLM outputs
  • Background working on search, enrichment, or data-heavy products
  • Early-stage 0-to-1 product work at a small team or portfolio company

Why join

  • You will work directly on a live early-stage product with real users.
  • This is a hands-on role with real ownership over roadmap and outcomes — not slide decks.
