Only postings where we find contacts count. A search that finds nothing costs nothing, on every plan.

DearHiringManager.io finds the likely hiring manager behind a job posting — their name, work email, and LinkedIn profile — from a single URL paste. Start with a free account, then search from My searches. Paid plans add more lookups when you are actively applying to multiple roles.

The credit pack is a one-time purchase: you pay once and use the 20 lookups across the next 90 days, with no subscription to cancel. AI email drafts are not included on the pack — the same as Pro. Pro is a monthly subscription with 30 revealed job postings each month and no AI drafts. Ultima starts at 100 a month and adds an AI-written draft of the email for every contact you reveal; the selector on its card goes up to 1,000 a month for recruiting teams.

Every paid lookup uses the same contact enrichment pipeline as the free tier, and the same limits apply to what it can find: some job postings lead to no contact at all. A search that returns nothing does not use up a lookup from your monthly allowance, but subscription and credit-pack payments are not refunded on the basis that searches came back empty — see the Terms for the full wording, and the FAQ below for email handling.

Not sure which plan fits? Start with the free lookup on the homepage — no account required. If you are applying to several roles per week, a credit pack covers occasional bursts. If you are in an active search and researching managers daily, Pro gives you a monthly quota, and Ultima is the higher plan when you do not want to count lookups. You can upgrade or buy credits at any time from the app after signing in.

All prices are in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel from your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Pack credits stack with any active subscription. Questions about billing? Email team@dearhiringmanager.io and we will help you pick the right option for your search.

A single lookup returns the likely hiring manager's name, verified work email, LinkedIn profile, and a confidence score. You can copy contacts to your clipboard, generate a short outreach draft, and save results to your account for follow-up. Drafts are included on the free tier and on Ultima; Pro and Job Hunt Pack lookups do not include AI email drafts.

Compare plans in the grid below, then scroll to the FAQ for billing details, refund policy, and how we handle your email address. There is no long-term contract — cancel Pro any time from your account. Prices shown include all features listed for each tier.

Pricing questions

Why $19/month?

Pro gives 30 revealed job postings per month so you can keep researching hiring managers whenever you need more contacts — AI email drafts are not included. Ultima adds 100 a month and AI-written email drafts.

What if you can't find anyone?

Sometimes the company is small or stealthy and there's no clear hiring manager in public data. Free tier costs you nothing if so. Monthly Pro is not priced per reveal. On the credit pack (20 lookups), if the address was wrong and your email bounced, forward the bounce message to team@dearhiringmanager.io and we will restore your spent credit.

What happens to my email?

We use it only to send you the contacts you find in our system, and free-search notifications if you opt in. We never sell or share your email. Unsubscribe in one click any time.

Paste a job URL and get the hiring manager's email in about 60 seconds.
