DearHiringManager.io finds the likely hiring manager behind a job posting — their name, work email, and LinkedIn profile — from a single URL paste. The free tier lets you try the product with no signup. Paid plans add more lookups when you are actively applying to multiple roles.

The credit pack is a one-time purchase: you pay once and use the 20 lookups across the next 90 days, with no subscription to cancel. Pro is a monthly subscription with 30 lookups each month. Ultima adds unlimited lookups and an AI-written draft of the email for every contact you reveal.

Every paid lookup uses the same contact enrichment pipeline as the free tier. If we cannot find a verified hiring manager contact, you are not charged for that lookup. See the FAQ below for details on refunds and email handling.

Not sure which plan fits? Start with the free lookup on the homepage — no account required. If you are applying to several roles per week, a credit pack covers occasional bursts. If you are in an active search and researching managers daily, Pro gives you a monthly quota, and Ultima is the higher plan when you do not want to count lookups. You can upgrade or buy credits at any time from the app after signing in.

All prices are in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel from your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Pack credits stack with any active subscription. A single lookup returns the likely hiring manager's name, verified work email, LinkedIn profile, and a confidence score. You can copy contacts to your clipboard, generate a short outreach draft, and save results to your account for follow-up. Drafts are included on the free tier and on Ultima; Pro and Job Hunt Pack lookups do not include AI email drafts.
